In partnership with clients and collaborators, I’m advancing funds, resources, and ideas at the intersection of human imagination and increasing digitization and automation. Along with my team at làmdi, we provide management consulting, executive search, speaking, coaching, and strategy services to driven executives looking to launch, transition, or scale their teams, careers, or initiatives. With over two decades of experience as a serial social entrepreneur, I have launched and scaled multiple ventures that address some of the most pressing social and environmental challenges of our time, from modular housing, homelessness, and fintech across the U.S. to confronting xenophobic economic development policies, funding emergency aid delivery, and mobilizing urgent evacuation from conflict zones. My passion for systems change and impactful innovation is rooted in my lived experience overcoming poverty, displacement, and cancer. I leverage my expertise in urban planning, economic development, and leadership strategy to support people behind impactful ideas, from executives to authors and trusted community leaders. I also serve on the boards and councils of organizations advancing economic justice, the creative economy, and inclusive philanthropy. Outside of work, I enjoy reading 200+ books a year, gardening, cooking, and dancing.
