12.18.2023 — Motivation Mondays: The 2024 Year Ahead Issue

Across my networks, my daily collaboration with clients, the lived experience of my team and me, and in the boards and committees I sit on — I am uniquely positioned to explore what will move the world from the ground (i.e., my neighborhood, where we have regular shootings day and night as the result and immediate impact of the growing disparity of poverty and wealth in a major American city, to the board room in skyscrapers removed from daily life) in 2024. In addition to this practical perspective, I close the year by spending my November and December reading through some of my papers, books, reports, and media forecasting the world in the coming year. Here you’ll see some of my go-to’s, including the Economist’s The World Ahead, and Monocle’s The Forecast.
