I come from a deeply ancestral and matriarchal tradition. Maternal and ancestral worship predates any organized religion in Vietnam. I also grew up with my mom and grandmother raising me. Most business owners who lead the front of the house are women. Every year, we worship our ancestors, and relatives travel for days from across the country to gather in our village. This is the opposite of the big city living that I live in today.

The technologies from this Peruvian ancestral knowledge are closer to what I grew up with.
